Customised Training is a growing Registered Training Organisation. We originally used XP for a small network to link a number of computers in the office.  As we grew we knew we needed to take the next step so our system could grow with us.  Translucent visitied us on site to review our current practices, discuss our needs, and provided us with a viable solution.  Implementation was smooth and the installation of a new server has allowed us to continue to grow. We are now able to give our staff and contractors remote access which, among other improvements, has improved our overall business efficency.  We have continued to engage Translucent to perform preventative maintenance on our computers and server.  We find their service to be friendly, professional and reliable

 As with all businesses today, our IT network has become a critical element of our every day business needs.  The decision to go with the Translucent Group has proven to be a very sound business decision, as the Group has continually met all of our IT system administration requirements.  The size of our business has doubled over the past three years and we have almost doubled the number of users of our IT network.

 Today, the Translucent Group is not only our IT system administrator but an important business partner, constantly providing us with up-to-date IT solutions, successfully partnering with us to relocate our business premises in mid 2005 and in upgrading our entire IT network.  Regular on site visits, the availability of a technician to visit when required, access to quality computer software and hardware, the Group’s remote site access to our system and advice over the telephone has enabled us to focus on our core business requirements.  We simply leave the nitty gritty of our daily IT needs to the Translucent Group with the utmost confidence that our IT system will continue to remain on track.
